“My annual hearing test and hearing aid clean and check was great as usual. Tom's "friendly professional" manner was demonstrated with his advice, that even though my aids' warranty were up, he saw no reason to recommend that I consider a new pair even when my insurance would have covered the bulk of the expense. No pressure to buy new!!”
“Getting hearing aids at O'Connor Hearing Center has been a wonderful experience. I have been extremely pleased with their diligence and professionalism. I highly recommend them. ”
“Tom O'Connor is a real pleasure to work with. He is low-key and professional and I am delighted with the hearing aids he recommended.”
“Very helpful. Very professional nice people. They are not just trying to sell you a hearing aid. They work hard at finding a way to improve your hearing and have done so with me and my wife. ”
“After a miserable experience at a different vendor, Tom O'Connor was recommended to me by a speech specialist. On my first visit, I was more accurately tested and my concerns were heard and respected. I highly recommend O'Connor Hearing. Thanks to Tom, I am enjoying life much more and hearing well. No high pressure sales people. Thanks! ”
