“Carol Hudner is extraordinarily talented. Unfortunately you can't truly appreciate her technical expertise unless you have been to someone else first. I took my 91 year old father to two other audiologists before finding Carol. They just kept having us get more and more expensive hearing aids. Carol suggested a mid grade device of the same brand others had recommended in the past. The difference is she set it up and adjusted it properly. After watching two other audiologists fumble around many times, even calling the manufacturer for help they were not able to get the devices to work well enough. Carol spent a great deal of time talking with us and testing. Carol used settings and screens to adjust the hearing aids that I had never seen the other audiologists use before. Carol did a great job and for a lot less money. I could not recommend her more highly. It has made a huge improvement in my father's quality of life.”

“I thought she did a good job and I thought she was honest with me and facilitated my appointment with Dr. O'Connell so everything was fine. ”

“Arlene was my Mom's audiologist for many years. I would highly recommend her -- besides being a very skilled audiologist, she is very good with older patients and is very responsive anytime there is an issue. ”

“Arlene helped me overcome the stigma I expected to encounter when wearing a hearing aid by making sure it was almost invisible, comfortable and I was able to properly adjust it as needed. Her service was second to none and having this has made life so much more enjoyable. ”

“Arlene has been my audiologist for over 30 years and has always provided me with the best technology possible. She has done it again with the newest technology Bluetooth capabilities for hearing aids. This is the first time in my life I can enjoy phone calls and audio wireless through both aids at same times with my new Oticon aids and streamer.”
