““I posted a review yesterday about the process of getting through to your office today I had an appointment with Ariana and she clarified the process in detail. The post I submitted had nothing to do with Ariana getting back to me on a timely basis but had to do with the process of ensuring the patient knows that the call will indeed be routed properly and on a timely basis. I believe voice message by Joanne simply states that the front office staff will return the call ASAP. Also I placed three calls to all three of your offices and the voice message was exactly the same instead of making it clear you were calling the Cumberland, Johnson or Providence. I got these phone numbers from your website and apparently these were incorrect. All in all I have been very pleased with response in the past. This post has nothing bad about the staff, I just believe the phone response processes need to be improved. Bob” Previous review: I find it extremely difficult to speak with a person at all three offices. I either get a answering service or a voice mail (same person for all three offices). I call as soon as the offices open but to no avail. Very frustrating when I do leave a message and no one calls back for 45 minutes and counting.”
