“I worked with the audiology assistant and the actual audiologist himself and they were great.”
“There was a misunderstanding in making the appointment but when upon meeting Dr. Lyon, I absolutely fell in love with her compassion and desire to make hearing special. She really makes me feel seen in this world. Thank you Dr. Lyon. ”
“With Debra Lyon as my audiologist for my hearing aid, it has been a constant struggle to make an appointment with her. Literally it has been two years and I am still trying to make an appointment. With their policy of having a referral from another doctor, which I have completed and faxed this referral two months ago this summer, they still never called me back. I am shocked and fathomed by the horrible customer service over there, especially the customer service rep Shoshanna. After going to the office to talk and make an appointment, she continue to service with a horrible ratchet attitude. Looks like I have to find another audiology center...”
“She was really calm, answering every question, very patient and informative.”
