“Chris and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The appointment was taken on time The front office staff let us know time wise if we would have to wait for Chris to finish with another patient or not. He explained the cleaning process after every patient and theCovid protection. He had called prior to my appointment to make sure I brought someone close to me so that I could tell if I was able to recognize their voice and need for mask during the visit. Chris explained about the need to retest after He had listen to my concern that my hearing was getting worse since last test. He reviewed the details of the test and helped my husband and I understand what options were available and the pros and cons of each. We reviewed what I wanted from the hearing aids and explained products that were available and how they differ from all the counter top hearing products and the computer and Costco hearing products. Chris explained why the hearing aids he was offering were more precise and covered a larger sound range. I was amazed at the sound when Chris adjusted the hearing aids for my hearing range. I have the hearing aids on now and I am still amazed. I feel confident in my ability to hear when I’m a gathering or one on one. “My right hearing aide adjuster button broke/fell out. The hearing aide was out of warranty and I was concerned I would need to buy a new one. They sent it out for repair and put a rush on it since I was leaving for vacation in a few days. It arrived back on time and the repair was reasonably priced vs a purchasing new hearing aide. Always helpful and I got more batteries at the same time. Thanks. ”

Chris was very understanding and he explained the problem of hearing loss clearly, and presented options for hearing aids. He didn't promise full recovery of hearing, as that is impossible at this stage. We appreciated his honesty! My husband absolutely loves his hearing aids!! He was amazed that his keys jingled when he took them out of his pocket, and that a door at his workplace squeaked, and a hundred other little things that we take for granted.
