Madeleine Berg is a Florida-licensed audiologist. Dr. Berg performs comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing loss and tinnitus counseling, speech mapping and hearing aid fittings.
Dr. Berg earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree (Au.D.) from the University of South Florida. Prior to her graduate schooling, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree, also from the University of South Florida, in communication sciences and disorders. Dr. Berg completed an audiology clerkship at the Scotch Institute of Ear, Nose & Throat in Wesley Chapel, Florida. She served as a research assistant for University of South Florida’s College of Behavioral and Community Sciences as well as the Auditory and Speech Sciences Lab. Dr. Berg studied abroad in Italy in 2016, completing an audiology and speech pathology program.
Dr. Berg grew up in Tampa, Florida. She has assisted with hearing services in her community such as performing hearing screening on newborns in the well-baby nursery and NICU, presented on hearing safety awareness to local middle school students, and served as a member of the Student Academy of Audiology and National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association (NSSLHA).
Dr. Berg enjoys spending her free time cooking, baking and being outside. She’s excited to explore all things that her new town of Venice has to offer.

“I returned my hearing aids on November 4, 2022. It is now December 9, 2023. I still do not know where my hearing aids are. I have called several times and have not received but one call back. I was given trial hearing aids to use but they are not programed for my hearing loss. I have been in agony as far as my hearing goes. Tomorrow I will go to the office at Center for sight and seek out someone who might care just a bit. I paid $6,500 for my hearing aids and this is not good for Phonax as well. Don't use center for sight for any of your medical needs.”

Vision and hearing are our two most important senses. Unfortunately, they both tend to fail as we age. Hearing loss affects 30 million Americans, 80% of whom are undiagnosed and untreated. To meet the needs of these individuals, Center for Sight added a full service hearing program for the convenience of our patients. We now provide complimentary hearing evaluations to all our patients. Our hearing services are provided as an extension of our commitment to delivering advanced care to improve our patients’ lives.
Our office is in the St. Andrew Medical Park located on E Venice Ave between Pinebrook Rd and Capri Isle Blvd.
