Originally from Elmira, New York, Carol received her Bachelor's of Science Degree from Elmira College and brings over 30 years of extensive knowledge in the medical field. Carol has seen firsthand how hearing loss negatively impacts loved ones. Growing up in a home with her father dealing with hearing loss, and then meeting her husband who has single-sided deafness, she felt becoming a hearing care professional was a perfect way to improve lives first hand.
