“I was referred to Total Hearing Care after my appointment with my ENT Dr. and he established my significant hearing loss. I hit a home run my first visit and my new aids. Why would I ever go anywhere else? Thank you Dr. Jill. ”

“Set up an appointment in September for 10/24. Showed up for appointment and told I had cancelled it. Why would I drive 5 hours from Nederland, TX after putting my mom in a Hospice if I had cancelled my appointment? Receptionist rude, basically acted like I was lying about not cancelling appointment. Too bad there is not a 0 rating.”

“Called about questions and talked to Thomas, he was excellent. We came for a check on left aid and purchased and dryer and filters unexpectedly. Great job. ”

“From the reception desk to the examining room, everyone was pleasant. Dr. Natalie was great! I had been in denial about my hearing for many years. Dr. Natalie made me feel comfortable and now I'm ecstatic with my hearing. I had forgotten car blinkers make sounds, WOW! ”
