“Have been to Dr. Gainey for painless wax removal, I went to her for new hearing aids. I really appreciate her work, as she is thorough, courteous and caring. She explained the results of the tests she had run and she told me my ear canals are unusually small. My old devices had served poorly by often backing out of position. Dr. Gainey brought out the perfect fit which met all my criteria. Totally pleased! I give her 5 stars. ”
“Dr. Angela John is an extraordinary find in my search for hearing aid results. I’ve dealt with four audiologist. The first audiologist was a fraud using “bait and switch” in a months trial. A sailing friend suggested starting with the lowest cost units that work. He has had three aids. His reason, the technology advances are significant. My first appointment with Dr. John was the most thorough and well explained I’ve ever had. Subsequent visits were the annual manufacture’s quality check. When they were returned, she made effective adjustments. Next week I’ll start my 81st trip around the Sun (I’m 79). My suggestion to anyone seeking help with their hearing issues. Include Dr. John in your search and remember the quest is a journey. Board Certified in Audiology is another bonus in my experience. ”
“Rating is truly a 10! Not only do I have tops for my hearing, but all personnel are so willing to help. All in all, the experience is superb! ”
“Dr. Copely is very helpful, especially to seniors. I sent a 97 year old friend to her and my friend just loved her. Total Hearing has been great for 4 plus years. ”
“I was referred to Total Hearing Care after my appointment with my ENT Dr. and he established my significant hearing loss. I hit a home run my first visit and my new aids. Why would I ever go anywhere else? Thank you Dr. Jill. ”
