“I called the office in Plano on Wed morning requesting an appt due to my hearing aid not working. I was looking for a new place to go for my hearing services. I explained i am going out of town this weekend and have a seminar on Tuesday and needed to get new hearing aids asap. Tonya worked with Dr. Weidermann and stayed after hours on Wed to schedule me same day appt and i was able to not only get new hearing aids, but the latest technology! My hearing has never been better and i am so appreciative of the staff here for working overtime to help me! They both were pleasant and I am so glad to have found this location. I definitely will be going back for future hearing needs. Thank you Tonya and Dr. Weidermann!!”
“I have been with Total Hearing Care for several years, but was so happy to see one here in Plano. I saw Dr. Wiedermann for the first time to check my hearing aids and hearing as well. She was so patient and worked so hard to explain what my problem with the audio that was associated with the hearing aids. The new dome she suggested has completely solved all the feedback I had experienced for quite a long time. She updated my programming to where I was hearing after the new hearing test. I just love the Plano office and so happy to have had Dr. Wiedermann there to help me. Truly a wonderful office to go to!! Tonya the Office Receptionist is outstanding too!!!
