Jack is an Industrial Engineer who has analyzed the product offerings of all major manufacturers to bring the very best solutions to Lancaster County at cost effective pricing for the past 7 years. Jack had been a long provider of consulting services to Fortune 500 Companies and the Department of Defense with Supply Chain systems through PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, but began investigating hearing aid technologies after the passing of his mother whom had significant hearing loss with no reasonable solutions from the marketplace. Jack engages several seasoned Audiology professionals to integrate "best practices" in managing people's hearing problems with technology.

David is an Advisor with the Hearing Center of Lancaster with over 30 years practitioner experience in hearing aids as a fitter and a trainer both at the practice level; and at the corporate level for major manufacturers such as Starkey and Zounds. David is certified in Practice Management by the College of American Medical Practice Management.

“As a long-time user of hearing aids, I knew it was time to replace a pair that was close to term and hoped to find a quality set for a somewhat lower price than I’d paid in the past. Advised by a friend to try Hearing Center, I made my appointment. My exam was, I thought, complete and my options were explained thoroughly. My new aids are comfortable, adjust when needed and because they are rechargeable, eliminate the need for replacement batteries. I am well-pleased.”
“I have had long-term hearing problems and significant problems with hearing aids. My frustration with my aids and the people who serviced them was sufficient to cause me to basically ignore my aids for the previous four or five years. I ran across Hearing Center of Lancaster more or less by accident and curiosity about their ad. I am entranced with the HCOL product and enthused and excited about the HAOL team. My hearing is the best it has been in over 20 years and the phone app is the next thing to miraculous - I can clearly hear personal conversations and can talk on the phone like a regular person. Untreated hearing loss can affect your ability to understand speech and can negatively impact your social, emotional and physical well-being. Recent studies have strongly linked it to other health problems, such as cognitive decline, increased risk of dementia, and poorer physical function.
