“The staff is courteous, professional and very helpful in the process of helping you to get set up with hearing aids. Would recommend to anyone who is needs or is hesitant to get hearing aids to see the folks at Hearing Center of Lancaster first!”
“If you need hearing aids these are the best I've ever had [Phonak Paradise] and the Hearing Center of Lancaster does a great job! These aids make a world of difference with clarity.”
“I am very conservative and slow to take action (my wife says "stubborn"), but I finally realized that I was virtually deaf! After testing and fitting, HCOL provided an appropriate high-tech hearing aid set. BUT - as a Senior Citizen, I discovered that there were many irritating things that could interfere with the proper use of the hearing aids - all of them caused by me, the user. At that time, HCOL's Carrie proved her worth by patiently and calmly holding my mental hand and working me through my many self-caused problems. Carrie is a jewel and cannot be praised enough for how well she deals with clients - especially when he/she is a Senior Citizens! I will sing HAOL's praises and especially Carrie's, whenever I get the chance. ”
“Totally happy and satisfied with my hearing aids. I can hear again! These new Phonak waterproof hearing aids are great! My friends and acquaintances are thrilled that I can hear them. My own voice volume is also toned down to a more normal level. I am a satisfied Hearing Center of Lancaster customer and I highly recommend these new Phonak waterproof hearing aids! ”
“After living with the effects of a loud explosion that severely damaged my hearing, I decided that it was time to try hearing aids. I wished that I would have made this decision sooner. So glad that I Contacted Hearing center of Lancaster. Jack and Carrie have been excellent to work with, making me feel very comfortable with the process of the hearing test, getting fitted, and the follow up adjustments. I now LOVE my hearing aids, and I hear better than I have for 35 years. Thank You Hearing Center of Lancaster”
At the Hearing Center of Lancaster, we truly understand the impact hearing loss has on quality of life and overall well being. More than 60% of older adults have a hearing loss, with family members but moreover, experiences with our 1000+ customers. Unfortunately, only one in five who need a hearing aid actually wear one and they wait an average of 7 years before seeing a specialist for help. Untreated hearing loss can affect your ability to understand speech and can negatively impact your social, emotional and physical well-being. Recent studies have strongly linked it to other health problems, such as cognitive decline, increased risk of dementia, reduced balance, and poorer physical function.
