“I had my hearing test, and the results were discussed with me thoroughly. They listened to my concerns. Wonderful experience and wish I had taken care of this years ago. As a person who hunts, I can now actually hear squirrels in a tree or deer walking towards me. Never knew that my truck turn signal actually made a clicking noise. While in a restaurant, I can hear what the waitress is asking of me. I can hear the TV much better also. They truly are the BEST. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!”

“Marcia Gilbert has been my audiologist at Advanced for more than seven years, and I have come to trust her expertise and advice implicitly. In contrast to other so-called hearing aid vendors, Advanced never attempts to sell me anything, but rather seeks to prescribe a solution for my hearing problems. I was especially struck by the difference when I recently sought to find a replacement for my 7 year old Oticon HA's at a national shoppers' club offering a lower priced option. The overall experience did not have the thoroughness and professionalism that I was used to at Advanced. My hearing is too important to me to trust to a discount retailer, Subsequently I visited Ms. Gilbert, and was once again impressed by the detailed explanation I was given for the decline in my hearing acuity. Furthermore, I was encouraged to consult my personal physician to ensure there was no underlying physical condition that was impacting my hearing. After the PA ordered a lab study, I was assured that there was no cause for concern. The new Oticon HA's I then purchased from Advanced are noticeably better than my old ones, which were the best available at the time. They deliver greater detail, and are more flexible for different social environments. I also like the fact that I have greater control over them through a smart phone app that is intuitive and quick. I trusted Advanced with hearing aids for my mother also, and I think they really improved her quality of life in her later years. They treated her with respect and gentleness, which I appreciated.”

“Been with Dr. Marcia and the team for over ten years and have received excellent care. Attentive, patient and genuinely focused on their care. Have been there for me in emergency issues (lost hearing aid, damaged hearing aid, fast track referral to their associate Doctor for care) and routine re-supply of components. Very co petrant staff for insurance coverages, follow up and general courtesy. ”

“If I could rate this as 10 stars I would not hesitate. I have extremely complex hearing situations that I use for work. It is essential that I have hearing aids to be able to work. AA has consistently been the premium in patience to get me set up for just my situation. Recently I just purchased my second pair of hearing aids at AA as my first set was over 5 years old. Any problems have been immediately addressed and loaner aids have been available in case of severe problems. AA takes the time to listen to what I have to say on every visit never giving you that rushed feeling of shoveling through as many patients as possible.”
