“When it was determined that I needed hearing aids, I was apprehensive and fearful of making a financial decision that I would be stuck with for years. I can only say that the patience and thoroughness of Beth and the entire staff made this not only an easy decision, but one that has dramatically impacted my life for the positive. There were no ‘stupid’ questions; every concern I had was addressed professionally and without hesitation. On subsequent visits, any adjustments that needed to be made initially were completed in a timely fashion. I could not be more pleased with a group of individuals than what Advanced Audiology has provided me. Thank you for being a step above!!!”

“Been with Dr. Marcia and the team for over ten years and have received excellent care. Attentive, patient and genuinely focused on their care. Have been there for me in emergency issues (lost hearing aid, damaged hearing aid, fast track referral to their associate Doctor for care) and routine re-supply of components. Very co petrant staff for insurance coverages, follow up and general courtesy. ”

“If I could rate this as 10 stars I would not hesitate. I have extremely complex hearing situations that I use for work. It is essential that I have hearing aids to be able to work. AA has consistently been the premium in patience to get me set up for just my situation. Recently I just purchased my second pair of hearing aids at AA as my first set was over 5 years old. Any problems have been immediately addressed and loaner aids have been available in case of severe problems. AA takes the time to listen to what I have to say on every visit never giving you that rushed feeling of shoveling through as many patients as possible.”

“Just a note of thanks for fixing my hearing aids on Monday, (2-17-20). I was amazed that I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. You ladies are the best. I'm very satisfied with my hearing aids, and the service after the sale. ”
