Very relaxing waiting to be seen. Once seen the visit was fairly quick and the results were thoroughly explained. No pressure to purchase or buy hearing aid or accessories. Debby checked for, and removed, wax in both ears and then tested my hearing. She diagnosed me with mild to moderate loss and fitted me with aids.
