“Dr. Duncan was referred to me by a relative who is a patient and was pleased with Dr. Duncan's knowledge in regards to hearing loss. She has now been my audiologist since I began wearing hearing aids. I was doubtful of their benefit but I have adjusted very well to the improvement. Dr. Duncan is respectful and helpful and explains the equipment and their use very well. It has been an easier experience than anticipated.”

“Dr. Duncan has been professional, thorough, and personable in every interaction that I have had with her. I have been working with her from initial diagnosis of hearing loss, selection of the proper hearing instrument, and through 3 generations of hearing aids. I really like her "style". The office staff is efficient, friendly, and easy to do business with. Overall, they are an organization that works well together to provide great service to their clients,”
