The initial interview was very detailed, the actual testing was comprehensive, and the explanation of results was very specific, but easy to understand. The clear result? I needed hearing aids. From this point, I received great service concerning options, pricing, fitting, operation, insurance administration…the whole nine yards. There was no attempt at “up-sell”, only a sincere effort to solve my problem in a manner that was acceptable to me. I left the office with a demo set of hearing aids fitted to my personal needs and will have my permanent set within a week. To sum it up, I had a first-class customer service experience at Hearing Solutions. This was primarily due to Molly’s skill and knowledge and her obvious commitment to do her best to address my issues in the best way possible.
