“I’ve been dealing with hearing loss for over a decade but chose to use the cheapie hearing devices because I didn’t know much about ‘real’ hearing aids and more important didn’t know anyone in the business at all and I’m the kind of person that needs face to face service before I go shelling out my money. My wife and I actually were having problems due to my hearing loss and I finally agreed to get something done. To my surprise she knew a young lady working at the Ellijay facility and set up an appointment. To be honest I was pretty much dead set to not buy anything and continue with the cheap devices I was accustomed to. But after going to the appointment and Ms Molly gave me the works. Hearing test, setting up a pair after programming each one to my L & R ears, and educated me about them I can say I was intrigued but not sold on them. UNTIL I stepped outdoors and heard things I had forgot existed. She let me wear the pair to give em a run and it didn’t take long to say I was hooked. When we got home and I stepped out I was totally in shock when I heard songbirds and many other things I haven’t heard in over ten years. I’ve been a user now for near two years and have reccomended them to some friends and was delighted to find one of my best friends went and was wearing them now too. After the purchase any issue adjustment or simply questions were quickly taken care of. I’m a pretty hard man to please most of the time but have been totally satisfied with the service provided here. We consider Molly a friend instead of a business contact and that’s important to my wife and I. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help with their hearing to check em out. You’ll be glad you did. ”
