Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Jessica Allen is a licensed audiologist and co-owner of North Georgia Audiology & Hearing Aid Centers.  She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from The University of Tennessee.  Dr. Allen is a native of Augusta, GA where she completed her residency at the Charlie Norwood Veterans Administration Medical Center. She is knowledgeable in the latest technology in hearing aids and devices so she can help her patients choose the best solution for their hearing needs.  Dr. Allen is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Georgia Academy of Audiology.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Mackenzie Harris is a licensed audiologist who joined North Georgia Audiology & Hearing Aid Center in July 2023. She is a double alumna from Auburn University earning both her Doctor of Audiology degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders. She completed her residency at a large ENT practice with locations spanning across the Atlanta metropolitan area. Dr. Harris is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Georgia Academy of Audiology. She is passionate about serving others and believes audiology is the vessel through which she can fulfill her calling. Outside of work, Dr. Harris enjoys spending time with family and friends, drinking lots of coffee, and running.

Deborah Woodward,

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Deborah Woodward is the founder of North Georgia Audiology & Hearing Aid Centers and sees patients in both the Johns Creek and Gainesville offices.  She a licensed audiologist with decades of experience helping people hear better. She enjoys customizing individual plans to assist hearing impaired patients with their journey toward better hearing. She is very active in her profession, as a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and member of the Georgia Academy of Audiology. Dr. Woodward earned her doctorate in audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences.

Audiology Assistant

Jenny Judkins is our Audiology Assistant who joined the Johns Creek team in December 2019.  She has a B.B.A. from Radford University in Marketing.  Jenny, her husband and 2 daughters have lived in the area for almost 10 years and love the proximity to outdoor and city events. She is available to assist our patients with proper use and maintenance of devices, Bluetooth troubleshooting, and in-house repairs. Jenny enjoyed serving as a patient care coordinator in the front office for 2 years but has enjoyed furthering her knowledge of audiology in her transition to the back office. She loves the time she gets to spend with patients, helping all with their hearing needs.

Liz is excited to join our team as the Audiology assistant and jump right in helping our incredible patients with maintenance and set up of their hearing devices.  She is a native of Buford “Go Wolves”.  When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and she also loves doing DIY projects with her husband. Liz is excited to be able to help others enjoy the gift of hearing.

Kathryn "Katie" Jenkins

Audiology Assistant

Katie Jenkins is a current Doctor of Audiology student at the University of South Florida. Katie was born and raised in North Georgia and is very excited to be back! She joined the team at North Georgia Audiology in May 2023 while she continues her clinical rotations. Katie went to the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Katie is available on a scheduled or walk-in basis to help patients with their hearing aid needs. She can provide extra guidance on proper cleaning and maintenance of hearing aids, perform troubleshooting, and assist with Bluetooth connectivity. When Katie isn’t working, she’s usually spending time with friends and family, hiking, or cheering on her Dawgs!

Dr. Brooke Means is a licensed audiologist and co-owner of North Georgia Audiology & Hearing Aid Centers.  She earned a doctorate in audiology from Auburn University.  A native of Mount Airy, GA, she completed her residency at North Georgia Audiology in Johns Creek.  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Tinnitus Association and the Georgia Academy of Audiology.
