“I chose North Georgia Audiology after reading their highly rated reviews. My experience with Dr. Brooke Means and her associate Colleen was wonderful. Dr. Brooke was professional, warm and easy to talk to. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering every question I had. Follow up has been just as great. I highly recommend North Georgia Audiology to anyone with hearing problems!”
“I've been told my hearing loss, deafness in one ear and profound loss of hearing in the reaming ear due to Meniere's disease and pollen/decibel sensitivity, challenges the best among audiologist. When I had to find a new audiologist, I fortunately found Dr. Means. It takes both knowledge and dedication to find the narrow window that allows me to function. Dr. Means partnered her technical expertise with her willingness to go outside the box with what I had learned works for me from working with many audiologists over the past twenty five years to find the hearing aid and it's science that enables me to have workable hearing functionality. Hearing aid technology is rapidly developing but its worthless without an audiologist who can maximize the technology with the patient. I highly recommend her.”
“l have been pleased from the first day that i came to north ga audiology. the whole staff have been so helpfull, even when i was not sure about what i needed, the dr was so helpfull, she acted as though i was her only patient, they are a fist rate place to have your ears checked, and to get hearing aids, i was so afraid, but they took all of the fear away, fist rate... thanks to the whole staff. ”
“I was impressed with NGA from the start. Colleen spoke distinctly and at a voice level I could hear and understand. She was very nice and efficient in handling my paperwork, questions and scheduling. Dr. Means treated me with dignity and respect. She was very thorough in her examination and evaluation of my hearing deficit. She fitted me with hearing aids and paired them to my Android phone. By the time I left I had become used to them and it was wonderful! I was so excited and pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Means and North Georgia Audiology.”
“Dr. Brooke Means is a God send. Colleen and the staff are so helping and approachable. Highly recommend. ”
