“My appointment with Dr. Brooke Means could not have been more satisfactory. On my initial visit she thoroughly reviewed my hearing loss history and gave me a complete exam. This visit was not rushed and I think she went above and beyond my expectations. I feel that Dr. Means is very knowledgeable and I am completely satisfied with the hearing aids she recommended and fitted me with.”

“I accompanied my father to his appointment with Dr. Means. We were greeted in a courteous, friendly manner by Colleen who was efficient, helpful in transferring records and is assisting us in navigating the insurance maze. Dr. Means was wonderful! Very personable, professional, attentive and encouraging and helped educate us. It is easy to award this practice with 5 stars. Would that all offices were as patient friendly. Thank you!”

“From the start my experience was superb. The office staff is professional. Dr Means is amazing. I had a hearing test about two years ago and all I learned is that I am old. Dr Means took the time and effort to test and explain the results and I have been wearing hearing aids for 3 days now. The experience cannot be adequately described in words. I am hearing sounds that I had forgotten exist in the world and my husband does not have to stand in front of me for me to hear his lovely voice. ”
