“Definitely a 5 star experience and hearing aides. Dr Means was very informative with my options and not at all pushing anything on me, she was simply just helping this old man hear again with realistic expectations. From the hearing test all the way to purchasing of, I think the top of line and best option for me and their first patient to receive the new (Oticon More) hearing aide. Unbelievable experience is all I can say to the first time I put them in ear, and it’s getting better everyday. The staff of North Ga Audiology (Gainesville) will make you comfortable and help you in anyway possible. I read the reviews before I went and wondered because all reviews were so good. I am telling you it is all real and you can’t get any better experience in hearing problems. From front desk to Dr Means and Danette explaining the details of my hearing aides and my whole package deal. If you want top notch customer service this is the place. Thanks to the whole staff!”

“Dr Means and the staff are great! I was pleasantly surprised at how much hearing aids have improved in the last 10 years since I stopped using them upon retiring from the classroom. The Bluetooth connection to my phone makes talking on the phone easy and joyous! ”

“I have been going here for several years and am impressed by their thorough professionalism. Lately their response to COVID has put this nervous Nelly at ease as they are very careful to keep us all as safe as possible. I have just upgraded to new hearing aids that Dr Means recommended for my unique hearing loss and couldn't be happier. She makes excellent recommendations and is careful to fully explain the pros and cons for each possibility as they relate to your particular issues. Give them a try.”
