“My visit to North GA Audiology was an extremely positive experience. Colleen had sent me all the paperwork via email after a pleasant conversation setting the appointment so I had little wait time when I arrived. Dr. Means was pleasant and professional, taking all the time I needed for her to explain the tests and go over different aspects of hearing aids and my needs. I heartily recommend them.”
“My wife found this place on the internet and made me an appointment. I wasn't sure what to expect but I can tell you now that I had my appointment. Colleen and Dr. Means are awesome. Dr. Means, took her time with me and explained everything to me. I can honestly say I have never been to a medical facility were everything was perfect. They are professional but yet personable. “I had a great experience at North Georgia Audiology in Gainesville. Colleen greeted me with a smile and instantly set me at ease. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Brooke Means. She explained each test, the results and how I was affected by my hearing loss. I initially resisted the idea of getting hearing aids but soon realized that my hearing certainly would not improve without them. I was concerned with appearance, fit and the level of improvement I might expect. Dr. Means answered all my questions and fitted me with hearing aids that fit all my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Brooke Means and North Georgia Audiology.”
