“Dr. Means was fantastic! She explained everything to a tee, and answered all my questions about hearing aids. (and I had a lot) The entire staff was very friendly and courteous. My first appt and I was extremely happy!! ”

“Approximately 25 years ago, I assisted my Mother when she needed help with her hearing. I cannot believe the difference in her experience as compared to my recent experience with Dr. Means. I had a slight dread factor because of what I had observed with my Mother. The testing was pleasant and my results were explained thoroughly. I was allowed to actually wear a pair of hearing aids programmed for me for almost half an hour. Every question I had was addressed and I never once felt rushed.”

“I appreciated the clear communication, the high-tech booth for testing, and Dr. Means’ thorough explanation of the test results. She referred me to an otologist for further testing, but I look forward to completing the hearing aid process with her. I would highly recommend Dr. Means and her staff to anyone on the hearing aid journey.”

“Had to replace my 93 year old mother's hearing aids, as she stepped on both her primary and backup. Haiden was so patient and kind. She explained everything so we were able to understand what was going on. What at one point in time years ago was a dreadful experience turned out to be wonderful. I (and Mom) are both very happy.”
