“This place has the worst customer service. We had a military referral for one doctor and they set us up with a different one that had zero patient skills. He called my daughter a boy despite it clearly being marked on the chart. He asked if she had tube even when I had clearly marked it and said so when he first walked in. The girls at he front desk when I called to make a second appointment would not let me switch to another doctor, then one told me I needed to call my insurance to ask them myself. When I did call them and then called back, the other girl then gave me attitude, then said I would have to pay double what my insurance said I would. When I told her what my insurance said, she got an attitude and said "Well, I'm telling you what I just looked up." I will be finding a new ENT. This place is terrible and I refuse to give them any more money. ”
“They were very patient with my daughter. ”
“They did a good job trying to help me but I just had Medicaid and Medicare and they wouldn't pay for none of that. I sure would like to know why Medicaid and Medicare won't pay for things I need.”
“I liked that he was intelligent. ”
“They were very sincere and did a really great job on helping us. ”
