“In 2013 a visit to a Hearing Specialist in Blairsville led to finding out I not only had 20% hearing loss, but things I told the Doctor were bothering me lead to some testing, and finding out I also had a brain aneurysm. “Julie Kraft saved our vacation! We were in Ellijay and the wife's aid went out the 1st day. The next day we called 21 places within 100 miles to find an open shop to look at the hearing aid. Only one to return a call was Julie! Must shops had messages that they would be open the following week. Julie said she would come to the Hearing Solutions office in Ellijay to meet us. She checked the aid and found the receiver was bad. She said she thought she had one in the other shop in Blairsville some 45 miles away. She closed up the shop drove to Blairsville and texted us that she had one and was on the way back to Ellijay. Incredible that she went out of her way to fix the problem and saved our vacation!
