I have been known to drop in to say, "Hello". Today is one of the days when no appointment is needed (Thursday from 10-12:00). I wanted one of the Hearing Techs to re-enter the hearing aid AP on my phone since I must have dismissed it. A. came out and she re-entered the AP and up-dated my hearing aids with no appointment. It took 10 minutes. At Hearing Health all of the Staff are congenial and recognize their patients. My Widex Hearing Aids are great. I can listen to audio books as I walk. The volume can be turned up when I need more volume watching TV or in conversations. ”

“i had gotten my hearing aids from Dr. Jing a very long time ago and they have served me very well. i needed the tubing to be replaced and walked in to the HHC. i didnt know they had moved from raymond drive. i saw the sign and walked in and was surprised to learn they were the same where i had bought the aids from. the receptionist informed me my aids were 12 years old. i had no appointment but Dr. Jing was kind enough to replace the tubing from both aids and to adjust the molds so they wouldnt fall off. he recommended a new pair of aids for me but the cost was just too much. all in all i was pleased with the attention and care the staff provided. i would recommend them.”

“I called to make an appointment and was able to get one that same day. I had been told by my primary physician that my eardrum was covered with wax; thus could not see and I should see an ENT. When making the appointment, I inquired if the doctor removed ear wax. Answer was yes. However, upon the doctor’s exam he advised it would not be necessary. Thus I was happy to get a same day appointment when calling plus being told I did not need to have wax removed. It made my day. ”

“A straight forward hearing test in a booth by an audiologist was expected and performed. Also expected, I had "significant" hearing loss in one ear and advised to get hearing aid(s). No surprise there. An Oticon aid was recommended and a price was given for each of three models. Unfortunately, no literature was available other than my request for a copy of a promotional comparison page. The audiologist was generally unfamiliar with the technical aspects or differences in the three models. I sent a request with a few follow-up questions and I expect, as the Office Manager is delightful, I will get the answers to my questions. Jury is out - both as to the choice of aids and the choice of vendors. ”

“My experience pertains only to those with Sensorineural Hearing Loss. Dr. Mike was very nice but not helpful because no one in the office really knows much about Starkey AI hearing aids. After Dr. Mike left, I saw Dr. Jing, who was much less helpful than Dr. Mike, who at least tried. Dr. Jing stated three times, "It is what it is" with regard to my difficulties, such as complaining that the sound I was getting sounded unnatural. Dr. Mike had told me he usually got a better quality of hearing than what I was reporting and showed interest in helping at least, even if not successful. I met once with the rep from Starkey, Patrick, who then got furloughed due to COVID. I was supposed to meet another time, but Patrick didn't show up to meeting. The first and only meeting with his was basically useless because, as he stated, the computers were so slow it took up the entire appointment just to set up the hearing aids when it should have been a quick process, leaving no time to actually demonstrate them. These people may be fine with non-SNHL or with products other than the Starkey AI, but do not waste your money buying Starkey from them or if you have SNHL if you want more help than "It is what it is." ”
