“The hearing aids at this place are way over priced. I was quoted 6k for two hearing aids and at another hearing aid dispenser was quoted 4k for the same hearing aid and service! Seems they cater to rich people. Front desk is unfriendly and they love cash paying customers instead of dealing with insurance. I would not recommend this place. I bought hearing aids from them 10+ years ago and they were far better when they were at the Naperville location. Now money seems to be there driving factor. If you are buying hearing aids they will schedule you the next day but if you are coming in with repairs or concerns you will wait a week or more. Forget about service when the warranty is up. Bottom line go somewhere else unless you have money to burn. ”

Official Response from Hearing Health Center - Oak Brook:
“Dear Mike, We have searched our entire database going back 20 years and cannot locate you in our system. Are you sure that you intended to review Hearing Health Center? It appears we have never seen you at any Hearing Health Center office. We pride ourselves in finding a solution for every person that comes to Hearing Health Center with a problem. That is why we are one of the only practices in the country that offer every manufacturer and model of hearing aids ranging in price from $500 to $3500. We even have a 501C charitable Foundation for those unable to afford hearing help. We work with every insurance company on a daily basis to determine the existence of hearing aid benefits and requirements for submission of billing. In addition, we have daily walk in hours for emergencies and provide immediate loaner service so our patients are never without hearing. Please call me at 312-263-7171; I would love to talk to you so I can get more information and address your concerns appropriately if needed. I look forward to hearing from you! Marsela Kole Director of Operations ”
