“Caryn the audiologist is wonderful! The phone service is horrible...unbelievably long wait times...extremely frustrating. In this day and age it shouldn’t be this way. I simply wanted to cancel an appointment for my 96yo father and I now am going to send cancellation in by MAIL! ”
