“I went to this location in the hope that I could be given a reason for the my recent loss of hearing. I am hearing impaired already and noticed that my hearing was getting worse. I felt this location did not listen to my needs and came up with excuses for why I was hearing worse versus providing solutions. With so many options today for your hearing needs, I recommend you pick an audiologist who actually cares about you as the patient. I woke up the next morning feeling horrible from the experience and I still don’t know why my hearing has gotten worse. ”
“The doctor was really really good.”
“She was very knowledgeable and professional.”
