She had tests that I had never seen before which enhanced her evaluation. Elizabeth is her main office personnel and extremely competent and pleasant. “Was a little leary about trying another pair of hearing devices. The others I had tried were really only amplifiers. The doctor checked me very thoroughly and adjusted my hearing aids to fit my hearing at the moment. Adjusted and tested the next week and when I went back today she said I’m pretty much at 100% hearing now. When you have as bad a hearing loss as I have, you need to go where they know what they’re doing. Couldn’t be more pleased with their personnel and my hearing. Hearing things I haven’t heard in a long time but didn’t know it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! ”

“tried two or three other hearing aid companies and doctors to not much success however Dr. Liana Mills had to hear in brain center of America pursuit the situation the hearing in my right ear was 98% loss and so other people were just doing crossovers and such as that but she programmed my right hearing aid to where it was loud enough that I could actually hear it yes it's uncomfortable for other people sometimes but she also made the fitted speaker to where the sound would not go back out and when I found out that I could still hear out of that ear about broke down and cried thank you Dr. Liana Mills”

“I went in for tinnitus that has gotten progressively worse over time. Liana took the time to explain causes of tinnitus and the effects of tinnitus. The test was very thorough and each step explained as we went through it. I still have ringing but it is not as loud, some days I barely hear it.
