“I was greated warmly and timely. The audiologist Erin explained the testing and spoke directly to me so that I could see her lips. Erin began testing in sound proof booth and between each test she came to the booth so I could see her lips. Speaking to someone face to face is so important if you can't hear, this is a big plus. Erin asked me to explain the most important situations in my life to be able to hear. She then explained not told me, the products that could meet my hearing needs. This Audiologist gets my vote for great bedside manor.”

“I lost my BAHA device and ordered a new one. When it came I was in quarantine from being exposed to Covid. Amy Zahn told me to come in to get the device programmed. I waited in the parking lot while she programmed it and then came outside to talk with me and answer my questions. This is going the extra mile and I greatly appreciated her taking such good care of me at her inconvenience. Great job!”
