“This place sells very expensive hearing aids. Their customer service is highly lacking. If there is a problem with hearing aids, they are closed all weekend. Then they just ask you to go online to a computer text to try solving your problem. A negative experience.”
“i am sorry i made the mistake of getting the hearing aids from this facility as i kept thinking maybe i would not be able to hear any better then i went to another clinic and cannot believe that i have great hearing now and a great fit. so i spent $700 which i could not afford for hearing aids there that were not better than the ones i had 10 years ago. I believe that the agent there should have admited that he could not do a good job and refer me to someone that could. I am lucky that I did go to and get my hearing checked so now it is a whole new world. ”
