When I graduated Hunter College with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, I had no idea I would end up making a difference in people’s lives every day.

Since graduating with my doctorate in Audiology, I have found my passion and it is through the Advanced Hearing Center that I’ve been able to channel that passion into making a difference. Through specializing in diagnostics and the fitting of the adult population with amplification, I am able to wake up every day and give back to the community that I so love.

“I was so pleased and grateful for the care and attention provided from start to finish. The doctor herself called me with an appointment opening the next day. The exam was comprehensive and findings well explained, along with path going forward to deal with persistent tinnitus. Doctor and office administrator were extremely friendly, caring and really took the time to know me and my concerns. Excellent! ”

“Outstanding in all ways! Dr Randon knows more about hearing loss and how to explain it than any audiologist I’ve ever used. Her tests of my current hearing status were unusually varied and thorough. Most of all, she’s kind and extremely patient. I had just lost one of my two hearing aids in the hospital where I had surgery. She ordered a replacement overnight and even upgraded the one I still had so that both aids could work well together. Her receptionist is very helpful and creates a welcoming tone. I don’t usually write reviews online, but Dr Randon is so rare that I want anyone considering becoming her patient to rest assured they’re going to the BEST.”

“I have seen both Drs. Sauerbier and Hoffman in the Brooklyn and Chelsea offices. They are knowledgeable and clearly explained the differences in the hearing aid options I had. They were also friendly and were flexible in our appointment times. They are both very professional and I'll recommend them to everyone I know who is having hearing issues. I'm enjoying being able to hear, and not have to ask "what?" all the time!”
