“Dr. Kathy Feng is simply the very best. I recently purchased my second hearing aid from her. I got the first one from her about five years ago. Dr. Feng is extremely patient in teaching me how to insert and remove the hearing aid and achieve the maximum hearing benefits in all types of settings and takes the time to completely explain things. Her office is very comfortable and clean and her staff first rate. I could not have made a better choice in audiologists than Dr. Kathy Feng .”

“I brought my mother to see Kathy Feng on Oct 29, 2018. Kathy did not like to be questioned. She said your mother is old people, old people have hearing problem. It is mild to moderate hearing loss. When I asked her the size of the hearing aid, she would not even let you finish your question. Instead she stated, "it depends on the how bad the hearing loss." I said you already said "mild-to-moderate" so how big will the hearing aid be? With a nasty body language, she said it depends on Medicaid, it does not matter. She apologized at the end, but the damage was done. "I had a bad day," she said. Well, we all have bad days, but we DON'T take it out on our patients. I highly recommend people not to go to her office. She has very poor bedside manner. What a lousy professional! ”

Official Response from New York Hearing Center - Brooklyn:
“I'm sorry you were unsatisfied with your experience at our office; we strive to be professional and give our patients the best treatment and care. For this specific incident, there was a miscommunication. I said the size of hearing aid is NOT dependent on Medicaid or any insurance for that matter. I treat each patient as an individual and choose the best option based on the patient's needs such as severity and configuration of hearing loss, comfort, dexterity, age, lifestyle, etc. Regards, Kathy Feng ”
