“Terrific service. Professional and personable in every regard. I arrived with a problem, and without an appointment, and cannot say enough good things about how I was treated. Problem was quickly solved by Kimmie Stewart who went out of her way to assist me.”
“A few days ago I went to Costco at Apex in cary NC, where I am an executive member, and requested the hearing aid office to change plastic tubing of my Oticon Hearing Aid . The said they only change tubes of the hearing aid which is purchased by them. But the lady there was kind enough and searched the net and gave me names of 2 companies including Evolution Hearing, at 7718 Six Forks Road in Raleighat NC who might help me.I am over 80 and have difficulty in arranging transport . So I went to The Evolution in Raleigh and Saranne Lentz-Barker the Clinical Audiologist received me and not only changed my plastic tubing of my 2 pairs of Oticon Hearing Aid but also retuned one pair all for free. I highly recommend Evolution Hearing, and also I shall always be grateful for the wonderful service this company gave me. ”
