“Thanks for the new part to correct my left hearing aid. I can sense the repair immediately. I believe they will serve me well. I will schedule a review soon after my new telephone is installed.”
“Very professional team.”
“Dr. Davies was personable and knowledgeable when I met with her today. She talked me into wearing my hearing aids more often.”
“Although I have been a customer of Evolution Hearing in Raleigh since January 2019, I had not met Dr. Laura Davies before. On February 4, 2021, my hearing aids were due for the 6-monthly cleaning and that is when I met Dr. Davies. She was very friendly and listened carefully when I told her about the problem I had with one of the hearing aids occasionally falling out of my ear. She fixed the problem temporarily by putting a wrap on the aid and told me to try that out before I would have her order a permanent adjustment by the manufacturer to the aid in question. The wrap worked out quite well and I can keep wearing my hearing aid until the wrap wears out and may be replaced. ”
“I went in for my annual check up on my hearing aids and hearing. Dr. Davies is new at Evolution Hearing and the first time we met. She was excellent. Listened a problem I was having with my battery charger, checked it out, called the HQ office for assistance and promised to follow up and get back to me when she heard about a resolution to my problem. Dr. Davies was extremely helpful.”
