“Excellent Audiologist. Thorough hearing exam and reprogramming of hearing aides. ”
“The staff at HearingLife in Wilson are very efficient, polite, and willing to assist in taking care of your needs. The Audiologist is patience and listens to your concerns. Have been wearing hearing aids since 1980 and my recent purchased aids have been fitted and adjusted so that I am now hearing the best I have in years. Thanks Sarah (Audiologist) and Gwen (Receptionist) for your help!”
“1) I was seen on time - big plus! 2) Time was taken to obtain my background problem, symptoms, medical history, etc. 3) I believe a thorough hearing assessment was performed and reviewed with me. 4) we didn’t then discuss hearing devices. Rather, It was suggested I get assessed by an ENT specialist to make sure I didn’t have any underlying physiological problems before discussing corrective hearing options. (I appreciate them doing this before going any further. ) 5) Explanation was given as to what the next steps would be after the ENT appraisal. 6) I was not charged anything for what has been thus far performed. ”
“The staff at the Wilson office are fantastic, always ready, willing and able to help out with any questions or problems I may have.”
