She also updated the hearing aid software on my iPhone so I can now hear and talk on calls by just holding the phone in front of me. She also explained why she's still having difficulty with them. Do to a separate tube issue. We're now going to see an ENT to get medical advice. Everyone is always happy and we're well taken care of. We do often need to leave a message, but this is very understandable and calls are returned promptly. This is my mother's 3rd audiologist, due to moving and by far the best we've seen. ”

“I knew I had some hearing loss especially if there is a lot of noise it’s difficult to focus. I work in Surgery so hearing is very important. I saw Meagan her 4th year grad student. She performed a hearing test and explained everything to me beforehand of what to expect. Afterwards she sat down and went over my results. She was so patient and knowledgeable about everything.
