I approached my appointment at Clayton Audiology sceptical, but with an open mind. They were very welcoming and patient in explaining not only test results but also hearing aid options and programming associated with them. Never felt rushed during appointments and staff, including the receptionist, were a joy to talk with. Took a systemic and logic approach to introducing me to new hearing aids, their technology, and programming them to establish a baseline and so that they were not overwhelming.
