“I just wanted to take a minute to give some deserved praise to Dr. Alexis Rooney. She has been helping with my new Resound hearing aids. It’s been a challenge but she has been tireless in finding ways to help me to improve my experience with the new HA. I realize every patient is different and my unique hearing loss will probably require more HA adjustments than usual. She’s been extremely attentive, always promptly answering my questions, responding to emails, offering helpful suggestions and advice, and contacting the manufacturer for solutions to some HA problems. ”

“From when I walked in the door I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Dr. Anne Michele Puglisi took care to make sure all my questions were answered and I understood how my hearing aids worked. She also worked very hard to ensure of comfortability. I wear them everyday and I do not even know they are in. But I do know when they are out. I would highly recommend Dr Anne Michele Puglisi.”
