Karen Herring is the Head of Audiology at Princeton Otolaryngology Associates.

She received her Master of Science degree from the University of Florida, earned the Certificate of Clinical Competence through The American Speech and Hearing Association and is a fellow of The American Academy of Audiology.

With over 35 years in hearing healthcare and having dispensed 1000s of Advanced Digital Hearing Devices, she is highly regarded for her expertise throughout the region.

Several local physicians trust their patients-as well as their own-hearing healthcare to her expert care.

Dr. Dave earned her Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She provides complete comprehensive audiological evaluations, hearing aid evaluations and fits advanced digital hearing aid devices. She has a vast array of audiology experience and has worked in a variety of clinical settings.

Dr. Rachel Elovic earned her doctorate in Audiology from Montclair State University after attending Rutgers University for her undergraduate studies. She has over 7 years of experience working in an ENT setting and has worked with many top otolaryngologists and neuro-otologists in New Jersey.

Dr. Elovic has extensive experience in adult and pediatric hearing diagnostics, vestibular diagnostics, hearing aid selection and programming (utilizing best practices). In addition she has advanced cochlear implant training and works with local cochlear implant surgeons to bring these much-needed services to the Monroe and surrounding area residents. Dr. Elovic's goal is to help make your life easier through careful examination, counseling and if applicable, the use of appropriate hearing devices.

Dr. Kay is currently Section Chief of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Penn Medicine Princeton Healthcare and has now been in practice for over 29 years.

Born and raised right outside of the Philadelphia metro area, Dr. Kay attended The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. During his studies he became intrigued with the disorders of the head and neck and plastic surgery. This inspired him to pursue a residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and was accepted at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. 

After being granted a position with the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Dr. Kay completed his residency and became Board-Certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery in 1993. In that same year he also began his private practice in Princeton, NJ. Dr. Kay has been acclaimed for his participation in the Face-to-Face program where he provided pro bono care to victims of abuse.

Serving as an adjunct professor at Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine, he instructs medical residents from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Kay has also been a key note speaker for the Acoustic Neuroma Association and recognized as "Top Doctor of New Jersey" or "Top Doctor of the Metro Area" consecutively for the past 13 years.
