A message from Professional Hearing Center about COVID-19:
Dr. Gordon earned her Master's degree from Columbia University followed by her Doctorate in Audiology from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Dr. Gordon always dreamed of having a private practice and began in 1987 as the owner of Staten Island Audiological Services. There she worked with large numbers of infants, autistic and speech and language delayed children as well as children suffering from auditory processing disorders and hearing impairment. She is fortunate to have experience with patients of all ages and enjoys the diversity of working with newborns, children and adults as well as performing all areas of diagnostic testing and hearing aid fittings.
Dr. Gordon has been working with the geriatric population for 30 years. Currently her area of interest is hearing loss and cognitive decline in adults. She is a member of the Geriatric Advisory Council and the American Society on Aging in Monmouth County. Dr. Gordon has extensive experience evaluating patients with Alzheimer’s & Dementia, fitting them with the appropriate hearing aid technology.
Dr. Lantz graduated with her Doctor of Audiology from Salus University. Her passion is fitting patients with hearing aids and working with the latest technology.
She is clinically trained to perform a variety of audiological services including: Comprehensive audiologic evaluations for adults and pediatrics, newborn hearing screenings, tinnitus evaluations, tinnitus retraining therapy, fitting of advanced hearing aid technology, aural rehabilitation, patient and family education and counseling.
Dr. Lantz is passionate about the field of audiology and helping her patients improve their quality of life through better hearing. She believes in a patient centered approach to hearing healthcare, encouraging patients to be active in the process of developing a treatment plan that fits their specific goals and lifestyle.
