Founder and Director of Mayflower Hearing Care, Dr. Mei Gao has extensive experience in audiology in a variety of settings including hospitals, university medical centers, and private practice.  She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from South China University in China and practiced in Beijing as an Ear, Nose, and Throat physician.  After coming to the United States, she earned her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Temple University and her Doctor of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Science. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  Dr. Gao specializes in comprehensive audiological testing and hearing instrument evaluations and training.  She is also expert in various other diagnostic tests including Auditory Brainstem Response test and auditory processing evaluations.
