“I am new to town and I was having problems with my hearing aids. I saw an ad in the Sun Rays Magazine and contacted Karen for some help. She got me in within a few days. Karen was very professional. She wears hearing aids herself which was nice because she understood what it is like not hearing. My hearing aids are about 3 years old and I was expecting to have to buy new hearing aids, but Karen cleaned them and changed out a wire on both aids and WOW I could hear again. I was really thrilled not to have to buy new aids right now, but in a year or two when I do need new ones I will come to Karen Block! I highly recommend her and her company! ”

- 60-day exchange period for a different size or style
