Janesville Hearing

“Wife and I have been needing hearing aids for quite awhile. Called our insurance provider to find out who accepts our insurance, after doing some checking we decided on Janesville Hearing on Liberty Lane. We were a little scared, not knowing what to expect. We met with Teresa Thayyil and our worries were over. She explained everything, showed us different aids, and in her opinion which one were best for us. When our hearing aids came in. she made sure we knew everything, mine didn't fit quite right. I wear glasses and the hearing aid hit my glasses, no problem, ordered a new one with longer wires, now I'm very happy. She showed me how to adjusted the volume with my phone, again she made sure I understood everything. So nice she never got disgusted , I'm pretty dumb trying to learn something new but she never gave up. Its been about 2 months and only had to go back to her once, so very happy. Bev wasn't so lucky, her ear canal is really small, no problem Teresa ordered another with the insert smaller, they fit good but Bev had a hard time putting them in her ear. No problem ordered another ones with a bigger piece to hold on to. tried them for awhile. still having problems, Call Teresa, made an appointment still with a smile, Teresa wanted to try some with a bigger piece to hold. Now Bev is happy and able to install the hearing aid with no problem. After all of the time Teresa spent with us. She called to make sure we are happy and if not make sure to make another appointment. So if anyone needs help hearing, Please call Teresa, you won't be disappointed. The minute you walk in the door you are treated wonderful. the receptionist with a happy smile made us feel at ease. Everyone is terrific and treated us great, (no matter how many times we made appointments)”
