“Outstanding Staff ! The receptionist Krystal was just wonderful and very helpful and has a great customer service skills and her smile is infectious! My brother Daniel had an appointment that I received through Humana was for 10:00 a.m. Krystal told me that it was scheduled for 11:00. I told Krystal that my brother has severe dementia and I explained to her that I did not know if could wait that long. Krystal told me that there were two audiologists in back and got my brother in within 10 minutes as one of them was ready to take care of my brother. Laura who did the hearing test on my brother did a superb job, considering my brothers condition. She went step by step for my brother, explaining what was going to happen in each stage of the hearing test so he could understand on what to expect. She did an amazing job! Your blessed to have her of you staff! Dr. Heather Armstrong of Audiology was just wonderful in explaining everything to me about the testing and the hearing aids that were selected for my brother. She should be commended as well on the job that she performs on a daily basis! I really like the enthusiasm that this staff has and how committed they are too their patients. Looking forward to seeing them again soon. ”
