“I was in need of adjustment to my hearing aides because they weren't fitting as well as when they were new. It took about 20 minutes to do 2 software updates and change the size of the transmitter cover. I didn't realize the ear canal shrinks in the cold and expands in the heat. Now I have 2 choices on size of transmitter cover. My hearing and comfort are greatly improved in less than 30 minutes.”
