“I unhesitatingly recommend Hearing Associates' professionals and services to anyone needing help with their hearing aid. I am new at having a hearing aid; a year and a half into the first one. The aid had developed a number of problems resulting in less hearing acuity, and frankly bizarre noises popping up from time to time. I made the appointment at Hearing Associates needing advice and counsel as I’m still in the learning curve, and possibly repair if something was physically wrong with the device. The doctor at Hearing Associates provided all of the above in a professional atmosphere. She listened to my list of issues and then addressed every one clearly and comprehensively. The visit left me with a deeper understanding of what I could expect from the device, the environmental factors that affect an aid, and then a tune up to adjust the unit to better meet my hearing needs. All of that was followed with advice on how to monitor the aid's performance and what changes should prompt my next visit the Hearing Associates, should I need one. I could ask for no more than that.”

“I just love all of you. Seriously, LOVE. I need to make you a pie or something. And my hearing aids are the absolute best thing ever. Every moment I have spent in your office has been comfortable and even fun. Sherri is the absolute best. Every question and concern I had was answered and addressed. My life has changed. I am 39 years old, and I spent 38 of those years living with a hearing loss. Everything is different. Being able to hear my soft spoken 14 year old is the reason I finally decided to try hearing aids. I had no idea how the world was going to open up and feel so new. It feels like I've been in some sort of shell all of my life and that I've just been set free from it. And my hearing aids do the COOLEST stuff. My kids are all jealous and wish they had hearing loss so that they could get them too. ;) Being able to watch a youtube video in a waiting room without headphones and without blocking out any sound is pretty incredible! And I can watch tv at home with my own volume! No more blasting everyone's ears so that I can hear! I am finding that I am starting to skip reading the closed captions I've depended on for so long. I can hear people talking in the back seat when I am driving. I can hear people on the PHONE!!! My anxiety over phone conversations went away pretty much overnight. Having my calls come directly into the hearing aids is AMAZING. I can be completely hands free, and have a long conversation while I'm folding laundry or cooking dinner! My long distance best friend and I have been able to talk so much more lately! I can hear everyone in the room during my weekly bible study, something I've struggled with for a long time. I'm realizing now, I was really missing a lot! I have Phonak Audeo aids. I do not remember what the level is called, but they are life changing. Everything is different. Everything is better. Amazing. I would recommend you all to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you for treating me so well, for listening, explaining, and going the extra mile in all areas!”
