“I didn't know really what to expect during my visit and was a little nervous but that changed the minute I checked in, the receptionist was very polite and professional, my wait was very short and the office atmosphere was quite soothing even the little dog seemed welcoming. When I met Dr. Little it became apparent as to how the office was that way. The first thing I noticed about Dr. Little was her ability to communicate and explain very complex conditions and treatments in a manner that I was able to understand. She was very professional and complete, answering the questions before I could ask. She was very patience, friendly and displayed a sense of empathy in dealing with my condition and being an old military veteran that really made me feel fortunate that she was recommended to me. She and her crew are definitely rated a High 10. ”
“Dr. Little and her staff are very competent, friendly, and caring. They are readily available for questions or assistance with my hearing aids. The entire staff make the office inviting and comfortable. ”
“This was my first exposure to the latest in hearing aid technology and as a long time computer guy I was blown away with the new Phonak Paradise hearing aids. The people and the service from Dr Little and her staff is outstanding. I am sure that the hearing aids are much smarter than I am and they get the job done. My wife is very happy that I can hear her and I feel more involved when in a crowd. Thanks Sherri and Brady.”
“I have and will continue to recommend HASC to friends and family. Very professional staff of which everyone is committed to outstanding service. Brady has been very helpful through the years I’ve been associated with HASC. Dr. Little and Dr. Mahaffey sincerely care about helping and doing what’s best for you. ”
“I have 100% confidence in Dr. Little; she is very knowledgeable and caring. Testing is more thorough than previous tests with other audiologists, and the "voice" used is professional and standardized, so that dialect and pronunciation errors of the test giver are avoided. I can count on Brady to help me with my "blue tooth" questions, always clear and patient. It's a pleasure to have HASC as my audiology provider. ”
