Dr. Victoria (Vicky) Moore, President of Hearing Aid Systems, Inc., moved to the USA in 1991 from England. Dr. Moore is a Licensed Audiologist, Board Certified in Audiology, and she is also Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. She completed her post baccalaureate work in communication sciences and disorders at the University of South Florida and earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Missouri State University. Dr. Moore has extensive clinical experience in comprehensive audiological evaluations and programming today's most advanced hearing aids and assistive listening devices from a variety of manufacturers. Dr. Moore also works with all three leading Cochlear Implant manufacturers. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and has earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from The American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Moore regularly attends professional and continuing education seminars and was also voted Audiologist of the year 2013/2014.

“I just finished my first year of having hearing aids and I can't say enough about Dr. Moore and her staff. They are always so pleasant and welcoming when I come to the office. I purchased my first pair just before my daughters wedding and the hearing aids were not scheduled to arrive until after the wedding. Dr Moore loaned me a pair of hearing aids to ensure things went well for the wedding. I had a problem with one device and they immediately identified the problem and solved the issue. I was initially thinking to purchase direct via an on-line site (lower price). I'm sooooo glad that I considered all the follow-up visits that were included in Dr Moore's price of the hearing aids. I'm very pleased with The Hearing Spa and you will be happy with your decision to purchase from Dr Moore.”
“I recently visited Dr. Parsons for a hearing test and to select hearing aides. I knew I needed them as I could hear but could not understand what people were saying. She did a very through hearing test and help me determine the best fit for my issues. Her hearing test was right on and when my new hearing aides arrived, they were perfect for my prescription. I have gone back for the visits for any tweaking of my hearing aides, but they have not needed anything., They are comfortable and completely fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience. I regret that we only have an option of 5 stars for Dr. Parsons and the Hearing Spa. They deserve more. ”

If patients are not satisfied for any reasons within 30 days of purchase, the cost of the hearing instruments will be refunded without any hassle. We pride ourselves upon our service and dedication to our patients.
