Cynthia McDuffee


Audiologist Cynthia McDuffee completed her undergraduate training at the University of New Hampshire and then earned her Masters of Arts degree in Audiology from the University of Connecticut. She later continued her education and completed her doctorate in Audiology at Salus University. She is a certified member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She has over two decades of valuable experience in advanced evaluations for hearing and balance disorders and the fitting and dispensing of state of the art hearing instruments. Outside of the office, Dr. McDuffee enjoys spending time with her husband and sons.

Susan Casey


Audiologist Susan Casey earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences/Communication Disorders and her Master of Arts degree in Audiology at the University of Connecticut. Her specialties include the assessment of hearing loss and balance disorders, as well as in hearing aid selection, fitting, dispensing and repair. She has been helping people hear better for over 20 years. She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology and the Connecticut Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Jennifer Micacci


Audiologist Jennifer Micacci rearned her Master Of Science degree in Audiology from Southern Connecticut State University and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is also an active member of the Connecticut Academy of Audiology. She has over a decade of experience performing hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings in medical settings.

“The things I liked the best were the good "care", hearing testing, 6 month checks on hearing aids, some free supplies like batteries and changeable parts used monthly on the aids and the friendly staff. ”

We currently have three talented audiologists on staff to provide state of the art hearing care. They will work closely to diagnose and treat your hearing loss.
