“Three years ago Caren helped me through adaptation to new Oticon hearing aids. I am profoundly deaf in one ear and she worked with me to squeeze the last drop of performance out of the new hearing aids. When more capable hearing aids were offered by Oticon, knowing my plight, she emailed me and invited me in to update my hearing profile and talk over how the new capability would help.”
“This office has served name well for at least 12 years. Always respectful, listen to your problems and make every attempt to find a solution. Front desk polite and efficient. Caren is a wonderful woman and dedicated professional. Always ready to help.”
