“Service was outstanding but the only only thing I have to say is that the batteries in the filters and the dorms should be covered under insurance if it’s part of the Henry needs as well so if you guys could look into having the domes in the filters and everything that goes along with the hearing aids are covered under Medicare Medicaid that would greatly be appreciated but overall the Hearing Improvement Center L.L.C West Hartford and I have recommended it to numerous of people who have a needed hearing it thank you and have a good new year”

“How do you thank someone for treating you like a family member when you are with them? I have been coming to hearing improvement center for almost twenty years and always feel very comfortable. I know they want me to have a good quality of life and being able to hear is very important. I recently went to HIC because I thought my hearing was getting worse.
