“My experience couldn’t have been better! Exceptional service, exceptional result! Clear, concise directions; made the visit fun and easy. I have three other offices to compare this experience to—all much more expensive as well—and none come as close. These people CARE, they’re experts in their field, they’re passionate and they love helping people! ”

“My need was simple: the receiver wire on one of my hearing aids had a broken part. I searched Google for audiologists in the West Palm Beach area, since I was there on vacation. Better Hearing Care came up, and the reviews on Yelp and elsewhere were superb. I got an appointment for the day following my call to them, and in very short order a new receiver wire was installed. Everything about the experience, from my finding them via Google to the first call to them to the check in process to the prompt and perfect service provided, was simply outstanding. I am thrilled to know about them in case I need an audiologist during my future stays in the area.”
