“When I first worked with Northeast, they were professional and responsive. Now they seem to be closed without any notice, follow up, etc. I have a contract with them for future service, follow up, and part replacements; but there does not seem to be any way to get these promised services.”

“We had a 11/8/2022, Tuesday, 9:00 am & 10 am appointments. We showed up together but the place was closed. On the door the sign stated they will return at 3 pm. I called 954.289.2261, to question what happen, the person on the line stated they will call the office and dropped my called. I still have not heard from them!! This happen at the 5333 N. Dixie Hwy, Ste 105, Oakland Park location.”

“All I can say is YES! Trust me. I've been wearing hearing aids for almost 10 years - that were ok! They helped a lot but were ok- they can only do so much. Then one day 1(one) stopped working!!! The provider had stopped doing Hearing Aids- I found NORTHEAST HEARING CENTER, Dixie/ Commercial- a small little Dr's office. I met Dr. Max Rubin who was excited and Caring to help me! Wow! So, fast forward 1+years- I love my new hearing aids!! Love! They are controlled through my iPhone and have BLUETOOTH!!! omg! I can listen to phone calls, podcasts, music, Sirius-XM News, google maps!!! I grocery shop with the music on-haha. I can hear text alerts through my hearing aids-No more batteries- It charges at night with USB charger and I bring the charger with me on long days incase!! Incase it needs more charging- like 17hour days and can plug into my car. Do it! It’s WORTH IT! And He and his staff rock!! I’m so grateful. He’s a 1 in a million guy. ”
