Paula Rivers is co-owner of RK Audiology and a native Texan, born and raised in Mineral Wells. Paula has been a practicing audiologist for over 20 years; her professional background includes sales and training, in addition to hearing research and product design with hearing aid manufacturers. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings dispensing hearing instruments and conducting diagnostic testing. Paula received her Bachelor of Science in Communication and Human Relations from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science in Audiology at the University of North Texas. Paula is a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology and the Austin Audiology Society.

Allison Archer, Au.D. was educated at the University of Texas at Austin, where she completed her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2013. She is certified by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Audiology and is highly experienced at diagnostic hearing evaluations, fitting hearing aids, taking earmold impressions for custom hearing protection and earpieces, and auditory processing disorder evaluations. She has expertise working with the newest technology from the top hearing aid manufacturers, including Bluetooth-compatible and direct to iPhone devices.
Allison is a native Austinite and cannot imagine a better city to call home. She spends most of her “free time” wrangling her wild, wonderful toddler. She also enjoys creating succulent planters, listening to audiobooks, and trying new restaurants.
Victoria Johnson, B.S. graduated with highest honors from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016 where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Theatre and Dance.
She is currently working on her Doctor of Audiology, which she is expected to complete in May of 2020.
Victoria is interested in working with the latest hearing technology and with musicians and music-lovers to find the best custom devices to suit their needs.
Victoria is originally from Burnet, TX, but has enjoyed making Austin her home. In her free time, she enjoys taking ballet classes and listening to live music around the Austin area with her fiancé.
Victoria joined RK Audiology in June 2019.
Janet is the co-owner of RK Audiology and a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. She has been in the audiology profession for over 20 years. Prior to private practice, she worked for hearing instrument manufacturers in customer training, research and sales roles. Her clinical experience includes hearing instrument fittings, programming, and diagnostic testing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education and Communication Disorders and a teaching certificate from Baylor University and her Master of Arts in Audiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a founding board member of the Texas Academy of Audiology and continues to serve on the board as director of website management. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, member of the Austin Audiology Society and Past President of the Scott Haug Foundation.
