“Dr. Winstead and his staff provide exceptional service. I have been a patient of theirs for many years. They have always been quick to respond to any problems I have had with my hearing aides ranging from a loose wire to figuring out how to use the Oticon app on my phone. ”

“I had sent my right hearing aid off for repair, and the loaner I was given failed to work after about a week. I called my Newnan office to check on the progress of the repair of my hearing aid, but it had not yet been returned to the office. I was resigned to spending the weekend in silence, when the Newnan office called back to say UPS had just dropped off a shipment, and my hearing aid was there. It was Friday and all offices closed at noon. The Newnan office had no doctor available due to a family emergency. Abby, the assistant, called the Fayetteville office and arranged for Dr. Tim and Dr. Zoe to program the hearing aid if I could get there by noon. I made it 9 minutes to noon. By noon my hearing aid was programmed, and I was headed out the door. I am on a walker, and it was raining. Terri, the assistant, walked out with me and stayed with me while my wife brought the car around--in the rain! Nowhere else could I have found such care and help. There are not enough praises for both the staff at the Newnan and Fayetteville offices. Thank you, thank you!”
