“Of course, the main thing is the quality and effectiveness of their product, which I have found to be AWESOME! I have used their Oticon products for quite a few years, at least 15, but the hearing aids I have now are really incredible in helping me with my everyday hearing, but the special features that allow me to bluetooth from my phone and listen to music and TV are amazing. More recently, Dr. Winstead converted my h/aids to being rechargeable, and that was a huge advantage that I did not really appreciate until a couple of weeks - I could wear my h/aids and use them for whatever I needed or wanted to do, but no more worries about using up my batteries. As far as the Audiologists and other staff are involved, they are sharp professionals who stay up to date on the technology and treat you like family. I moved about two hours away from my Hearing Doctors of GA office in Fayetteville a few years ago, but I continue to go back their for all my hearing needs because I’m sure I cannot get that high level of service with anyone else. ”

“Dr. Winstead has been my hearing doctor for many years; through several hearing aid upgrades, a couple repairs and Included my parents needs. I can’t say enough great things about his expertise, professionalism, kindness and his great staff. They are the best! If I had to list one word that describes this business, it would be “integrity”. If you have integrity, everything follows perfectly behind it! ”

“Because of the Coronavirus they picked up my hearing aid curbside. My aid for my right ear was not working at all. They took it inside and had it repaired and back to me in less than 5minutes. Very pleased. Thank you!”
