“Dr. Winstead and his entire office staff are wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to resolve our hearing problems. From cleaning both old and new hearing aids, hearing exams, ensuring we had the new hearing aids checked out before the warranty expired, to general office help, they've taken care of every hearing need we have had. They are very helpful, conscientious, and kind. I would highly recommend them.”
