“I have never written a review for anything before, but we are so pleased with the service from Robert and Jeff Brogan that I wanted to do one. My husband suffers from terrible hearing loss, especially in the frequency range that is most commonly needed for accurate hearing and understanding of what is being heard. It has been a gradual loss and he was not aware of just how bad his situation was until Robert tested him. He has lost almost all of the upper frequency range. It has affected his comprehension and ability to communicate clearly. It was shere Providence that we heard about Robert and Jeff doing free testing just a couple of hours before they began and were able to go and have our ears tested. Once the damage was seen and understood for the serious condition my husband was in, we knew we had to have help. Robert and Jeff explained in detail what could and also what could not, be done for the loss of hearing my husband already had. Since that first day they have been on purpose to provide what was needed and to make the necessary adjustments to the devices we settled on based on Robert's professional advice. Robert and Jeff have encouraged us with positive answers to our questions and concerns. My husband is hearing again and his whole outlook on life has changed because of the hope that Robert gave in our very first meeting, that yes, they could help him, but it would be a process. It was not a false hope. I would suggest that anyone reading this review who has any questions at all about hearing loss would call for an in-home test with Robert and Jeff before your loss gets any worse. You will not regret it! ”
