Ray was excellent at assessing my hearing needs, what devices would best suit my hearing loss and lifestyle, and most importantly explaining what hearing aids do and don’t do. I ordered them, will get them in a month, then meet with Ray again to begin learning how to use them and get the most benefit from them as my brain and ears learn to integrate with the new devices. I’m very pleased with my first visit to Volume Hearing. ”
