Audiologist

Katie Grote is a licensed audiologist who earned a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University and a Master’s degree in audiology from Washington State University. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Katie joined our team of professionals in 2002 and specializes in diagnostic testing and hearing aid fittings.

When Katie is not helping others hear better, she is enjoying spending time with her family, boating, camping and hiking.

Raymon McNiven,

Audiologist

Ray McNiven is a licensed audiologist who joined us after working for a major hearing aid manufacturer. He earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in audiology from Washington State University.  Ray holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. He specializes in hearing aid technology, fittings and assistive listening devices.

Ray enjoys reading, being outside, working on projects at home and following his sons activity schedules.

Wendy Traynham,
AuD, CCC-A, FAAA

Audiologist

Dr. Wendy Traynham is a licensed audiologist practicing audiology for over two decades. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University, a Master’s degree from Washington State University and her Doctorate in audiology from A.T. Still University.  Dr. Traynham holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She specializes in hearing aid fittings and diagnostics for people of all ages as well as hearing aid technology.

Dr. Wendy enjoys biking, hiking, swimming and downhill skiing. She also enjoys spending time with her family.
